No, Z2 has no multiplsyer or co-op features. When upgraded, they also grant passive boosts just for having them equipped. We found this way people are more prone to use them, instead of using them and having to recharge them in an undeterminate way. While the chance of a successful blessing is similar, the price to pay is smaller.Īmulets: Now they have a fixed number of uses per floor, with some cooldown. Shrines: Now only one shrine is spawned (instead of 3), with a specific sacrifice required. Specifically, all of the things you mention have been changed a bit (or a lot) in Ziggurat 2. Current version of Ziggurat 2 is the result of trimming Ziggurat 1 of most things that we felt annoying or sluggish, while keeping and improving the things that proved fun and interesting.
